Our Family Swim Sessions takes place in an accessible hydrotherapy pool and allows families to swim together in a less crowded and quieter environment than a mainstream leisure facility.
Who is it for?
For any child and young person with a disability and/or additional needs with their family and friends.
Dates & times:
Holiday sessions take place on selected Thursday mornings from:
10:15-11:00
11:00-11:45
11:45-12:30
*15 minutes before and after session to get changed
Capacity:
8 participants
* children/young people must be accompanied in the pool by a parent/carer
* a swim teacher and physiotherapist will be on hand to help if required
Cost:
£3 per participant (including parent/carer)
*sibling/family discounts available
What do I need?
Appropriate swimming clothes, towels, goggles & an additional sling if hoisting is required.
A selection of floats are available for use.
