If you have ever experienced the therapeutic effect of tearing paper (or would like to), then this relaxed workshop is for you!
Local artist, Kirsty McNay will be helping us create a beautiful autumn collage in a calm, private area in the relaxing surroundings of Art and Grind. Absolutely no artistic experience is necessary as Kirsty will guide us every step of the way. Simply relax, create, meet other parents and carers and enjoy delicious coffee and cake.

Who:
Any parent or carer of a child with a disability and/or additional needs

The workshop is free but places are strictly limited so sign up is essential. If you are unable to sign up using Pembee, please email laura@f6it.org
Cost:
Art and Grind is kindly donating a private space free of charge but have asked that participants purchase at least one drink or food item.
